Founder, President, and CEO
Nadia is ZenPoint’s President and Chief Executive Officer. She is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and accountable for its performance. With over 20 years of experience delivering global solutions for public and private sector clients, she has built a company grounded in precision, innovation, and a commitment to excellence. Her professional journey has been defined by tackling complex challenges, developing strategies that align with organizational goals, and driving results that matter. Prior to launching ZenPoint, Nadia served as Manager and Senior Analyst with Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), empowering investors and companies with high-quality data, analytics, and insight to help them build long-term and sustainable growth. Nadia’s greatest achievement is building and leading the ZenPoint Community, a vibrant culture that combines a focus on employee well-being with meaningful, value-driven work, resulting in extraordinary results for customers. Nadia holds a B.A. in Economics and International Studies from George Mason University.
Managing Director of Technical Programs
Korosh leads ZenPoint’s service delivery and technology strategy. He is a seasoned IT executive with over 23 years of progressive experience leading complex teams in modernizing IT infrastructure and leading high-impact projects. He excels in implementing secure, scalable, cloud-based solutions and integrating advanced technologies (such as artificial intelligence and machine learning) into enterprise systems. Prior to joining ZenPoint, Korosh held leadership positions at Buchanan & Edwards, Inc. and Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), where he built sophisticated software applications and delivered global solutions in highly complex environments. Korosh is recognized for his successful delivery of projects that drive operational impact and innovation. His leadership and commitment to excellence help deliver award-winning results for our clients’ IT and software development initiatives on a global scale. Korosh holds an M.S. in Computer Systems Management from the University of Maryland, a B.A. in Marketing from George Mason University, multiple IT certifications, and a PMP Certification.
Executive Director of Strategic Growth
Katie leads ZenPoint’s strategic growth. She is responsible for expanding and diversifying the company’s customer base and capabilities as well as capacity planning to scale delivery excellence. Katie brings over 25 years of progressive experience managing business units and overseeing complex information technology and intelligence programs in the GovCon market. She has a proven track record of building growth-oriented organizations and high-performing teams. Katie has successfully managed portfolios exceeding $65 million in annual contracted services, delivering mission-critical solutions to law enforcement and intelligence community clients. Prior to joining ZenPoint, Katie served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of IntelliBridge’s Law Enforcement Division. She has held leadership positions at Buchanan & Edwards (BE), David Hale & Associates (DHA Group), and Keane Federal Systems (now NTT Data). She holds an M.S. in Government Contracts from The George Washington University and a B.A. in International Studies from American University.
